πΈ Fresh Flowers & Arrangements
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all floral sales are final. However, we understand things can go wrong. We offer refunds, replacements, or store credit under the following conditions:
You may request a refund or replacement if:
Your flowers arrived damaged or wilted.
The wrong product was delivered.
Your order never arrived (confirmed by delivery service).

πΏ Non-Perishable Items (e.g., gifts, vases, plants)
For non-perishable items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unused and in original packaging
Returned at your expense (unless item was damaged or incorrect)
Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or store credit.

Items returned without prior contact
Delivery issues due to incorrect address provided

Same-day or next-day delivery orders cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
For future-dated orders, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
